Comments:
This is a great entry level knife and is the Benchmade version of the Spyderco Tenacious. The knife uses similar steel, is at the same pricepoint, and is similar in shape and size.
The full flat grind makes it a good slicer, and it is easy to open. G10 scales provide good grip. It has a functional liner lock, just like the Tenacious. The knife isn't light, nor is it heavy. The blade is also a fine size for EDC.
Overall, great knife for a great price, but I'd still give my nod to the Tenacious (although I know people who'd disagree). The Tenacious liner lock feels a little more solid than the BM Vex. You can't go wrong with either knife.
