This is a serious knife capable of many everyday tasks as well as hard use applications. It has great ergonomics and impressive fit and finish. This is a well behaved beast of a knife. Very handsome as well.

I have owned the Chinook for a couple of years now. If you don't mind carrying a relatively heavier folder, this knife is exceptional! It performs well in slicing and pearcing. The lock up is solid and in short, the knife is built like a tank. I have complete confidence in the locking mechanism and think that this is a good option when carrying a fixed blade is not appropriate. Not the cheapest or lightest folder, but definitely a performer.
