Comments:
Quite a pricey and beautiful knife this one, as a result it took me a few days before i actually committed myself to use it, and I'm glad I did. The rock lobster is a real work horse, it is great for heavy duty slicing and I am actually really digging the modified sheepsfoot blade shape the lack of a defined point hasn't posed a problem for me so far. The build quality is perfect the knife really is a thing of beauty. The liner locks up tight with no hint of blade wiggle as you expect from Spyderco. However, the ergonomics don't quite fit perfectly in my hand the choil section is way to big for one of my fingers but to small for 2 of them however i still found it reasonably comfortable to hold the knife by positioning my hand further back. Overall its a great knife and I hope that it sticks around for a while so I can pick up another one when I wear this one out
