Overall this is a great little folder that has some class. The build quality of the knife is very nice. The blade is easy to sharpen and holds an edge nice. The blade opens smooth and fast with the Speedsafe and flipper. The thumb stud takes some practice to use due to the compact size of the knife. Along that same line, the safety has the same issue. The compact size takes time to easily use the safe. However, the safety is a slide that pushes a steel bearing tight inside that prevents the blade from opening. The knife feels very nice in the hand eventhough you can fit only three fingers on the handle. The pocket clip is robust and works excellent. I have worn out the spring in the Speedsafe, but no problem. I sent the knife to Kershaw letting them know the issue and they replaced the spring no questions asked and sharpened the blade while it was there also. In my experience, Kershaw has incredible customer service that is second to none. The service Kershaw has given me with any of the knives I own of thiers keeps me a loyal customer.
