Overall, this is an excellent knife. The build of the knife is solid, no blade play fast opening with the Speedsafe spring assist. The only possible issue with the build is the plasic safety for the blade tip. However, this really isn't a big issue. The placement of the safety is easy to operate and the leverage needed to break it is substantial if it is due to an accidental opening. I have broken my safe once (by pounding a brad into trim).... but one email to Kershaw and a few days later I have 2 replacement safety locks and a tool provided by Kershaw FREE OF CHARGE with no questions asked. The knife feels great in the hand, but the handle could be a little longer. For what I paid for this knife, it is hard to beat. Kershaw also replaced the spring free of charge when I wore it out... mostly from opening and closing it just for fun. This is my favorite EDC with a strong pocket clip and slim profile.
